We took the afternoon yesterday to visit two of our latest projects at Southern New Hampshire University. First stop was the new Sandbox CoLABorative in downtown Manchester, an extensive interior renovation of an existing office suite into an incubator for faculty and staff to come together to research, develop, analyze and test best ideas. The space has been transformed with multiple types of spaces for presentation, lounging, brainstorming, research and individual work.
The next stop was the new Gustafson Center which will be operational by the end of the year. This will serve as the home for Admissions, Institutional Advancement, and Career Services on SNHU's main campus.
The building is fully enclosed, with the brick and shingle cladding showing prominently at the approach to campus. The welcome lobby is a voluminous space, which we can't wait to see fully finished with the fireplace roaring! One of the key features of the building is the outdoor semi-enclosed overlook, which takes advantage of the incredible setting of SNHU's campus.
