Transparency and Views in the Tower

Construction is proceeding rapidly at St. George's School Hill Library.
We were pleased with the level of transparency we were able to achieve with the perforated metal stair risers.  They have the look and feel of wire mesh, but are actually steel sheets with carefully calibrated square shapes cut out.

One leg of the stair is on axis with the Chapel, an important landmark on campus.

From the third level of the tower, expansive views through the curtainwall allows one to appreciate the beauty of the campus grounds.
