Perry Dean has been selected for the certifiable building study of a new Science and Technology Building at Quinsigamond Community College, in Worcester, MA. The project brief includes study of at least two building sites, both of which are instrumental to the approved master plan, as they frame the north and south edges of a new quad. The project also has a zero-net energy and water goal. The program is expansive, capturing a wide range of science and technology instructional and research spaces.
We would like to thank our design team for their support during the proposal and interview process: SST Planners, Richard Burck Associates, BVH Integrated Services, Nitsch Engineering, Richmond So Engineers, Rolf Jensen Associates, Kalin Associates, and VJ Associates.
