The demolition phase of the Salem Probate & Family Court is almost complete. The 1979 Administrative Addition at the historic building’s north side has been demolished to make way for a new, right-sized addition which will house the project's largest courtroom. It’s no easy task to take down a four-story building in such a tight urban site – special thanks to W. T. Rich Company for their careful coordination.Read More

Two months into construction the Quinsigamond Community College New Science and Technology Building is really beginning to pick up steam. Site utility and foundation work is nearing completion and the steel structure has begun erection. By the end of October the superstructure will be complete and enclosing the building will begin.Read More
Members of the Perry Dean team attended the Ribbon Cutting event at Southern New Hampshire University to open the newly completed Library Learning Commons. Governor Maggie Hassan and University President Paul LeBlanc cut the ribbon, after which students streamed inside, eager to explore the new facility. The Library Dean Kathy Growney reported a gate count of 2,000 within the first two hours.Read More
