The demolition phase of the Salem Probate & Family Court is almost complete. The 1979 Administrative Addition at the historic building’s north side has been demolished to make way for a new, right-sized addition which will house the project's largest courtroom. Two months into construction the Quinsigamond Community College New Science and Technology Building is really beginning to pick up steam. Site utility and foundation work is nearing completion and the steel structure has begun erection. Members of the Perry Dean team attended the Ribbon Cutting event at Southern New Hampshire University to open the newly completed Library Learning Commons. Governor Maggie Hassan and University President Paul LeBlanc cut the ribbon, after which students streamed inside, eager to explore the new facility. The Library Dean Kathy Growney reported a gate count of 2,000 within the first two hours.Read More

Perry Deaners, past and present, took advantage of a beautiful New England fall day to participate in the 2013 Southern New Hampshire University DeBlasi Cup Golf Tournament held at Passaconaway Country Club. This scholarship fundraiser has provided financial support for students who might not otherwise have the means to continue pursuing their academic and career dreams. Perry Dean hosted a group of high school students from Northeastern University's Summer Design Studio for an office visit as part of the program's professional practice discussion. The Studio is designed for high school students who want to explore architecture and related design disciplines, and to better understand what it is like to study and practice design.
Ryan Senkier, himself a graduate of Northeastern University (and current adjunct faculty), presented the ABS Information Commons at MassMaritime Academy to the group, explaining to them the process of taking a project from conception through construction.
We are extremely proud to announce that Hayley Bouza, an employee with Perry Dean Rogers | Partners Architects since 2010, was awarded Valedictorian of the Boston Architectural College Bachelor’s Degree Program at the 2013 Honors and Awards Ceremony hosted on May 23. Hayley has tirelessly managed to strike a difficult balance between academic pursuit and professional practice over the past three years, rising to the top and excelling among one hundred and forty-eight students graduating in the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture and Design Studies. During this time, Hayley has equally become an integral member of the Perry Dean team and is currently working on the repurposing of the former Hurley Library at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
